How we work

Scope it small. Ship it in days.

Think like a founder. We build the smallest version that solves the problem, get it live, then add features to a product people are already using.

01

Scope the MVP

One call with our team. We work out the smallest version of your app, site, or agent that solves the real problem, and we decide what waits for version two. You leave with a fixed price and a ship date.

What you get
  • Written scope, one page
  • Fixed price and ship date
  • What ships first and what waits
  • Accounts we need from you, listed
02

Design just enough

Screens and data model for the MVP only. Enough to build from, not months of mockups. If you have a brand, we use it. If you do not, we set one that looks finished.

What you get
  • Screen flow and key screens
  • Data model and integrations list
  • Store listing plan for mobile apps
  • Brand pass if you need one
03

Build in the open

You get a preview link the first evening and it updates every day. Open it on your own phone, tell us what is off, and it is fixed by the next update. No status meetings.

What you get
  • Preview link updated daily
  • Real data on real devices
  • Same day fixes during the build
  • Direct line to the team building it
04

Launch, then keep shipping

We handle the store submission, hosting, domains, and email. Once the MVP is live, new features go out to a product people are already using. For mobile apps, most updates ship over the air without another review cycle.

What you get
  • Production deploy and store submission
  • Accounts and code in your name
  • Over the air updates for mobile
  • Optional monthly plan for new features
Typical timeline

The first week.

This is the standard build. It is the same shape for an app, a site, or an AI agent.

  1. Day 1Scope callTwenty minutes. Fixed price and ship date before you hang up.
  2. Days 2 to 5Build the MVPPreview link updates every day. You react, we adjust.
  3. Day 6Your reviewReal data, real devices. Fixes turned around the same day.
  4. Day 7LiveSite on your domain, store listing submitted, agents answering.

Features ship to a live product

Once people are using the MVP, every new feature is built on real feedback instead of guesses. Most additions go out within days of being agreed.

Mobile apps update over the air

The App Store review happens once, on the MVP. After that, new screens and features ship over the air, usually the same day, without waiting on another review.

Bigger builds still start with a week one

Larger scopes take longer, and we say so on the scope call. What never changes is that a working version is in your hands within the first week.

Federal work can run on a longer timeline where procurement and security requirements call for it. The build itself still moves at this pace.

Our principles

What every build runs on.

01

MVP first

The smallest version that solves the problem ships first. Everything else is added to a live product.

02

Days, not quarters

You see a working version in the first week. Speed is the point, not a stretch goal.

03

One team, no handoffs

Scope, design, build, launch, and support come from the same team.

04

Build in the open

A preview link that updates daily. You never wait for a demo day.

05

AI-native workflows

We use AI to move faster on the parts that used to take weeks, and we review every line that ships.

06

Fixed price

You know the number before we start. Scope changes get a new number, not a surprise invoice.

Tell us what your business needs.

One call. A fixed quote and a ship date before you hang up.
