Delete Your PokerPro AI Account

Overview
This page explains how to permanently delete your PokerPro AI account and the data associated with it. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account record (email, display name, authentication identifiers)
- All hand histories, saved scenarios, and conversation transcripts you submitted
- Voice session transcripts and any retained audio
- Push notification tokens and device-linked preferences
- In-app analytics tied to your user identifier
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax records of past payments)
- Subscription receipts held by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat under their own retention policies (cancel your subscription in those stores separately)
How to Request Deletion
- Email info@universoleappstudios.com from the address associated with your PokerPro AI account.
- Use the subject line "PokerPro AI account deletion".
- Optionally include any additional identifiers (display name, approximate signup date) to help us verify your account.
We will respond to confirm receipt, verify ownership, and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop billing, cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings before requesting deletion.
