Universole LLC ("Universole," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PokerPro AI mobile application (the "App"), available on Apple App Store and Google Play under the bundle identifier com.pokergpt.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use PokerPro AI.

Information You Provide

• Account information (email address, display name) when you sign in
• Poker hand histories, situations, and questions you submit for analysis
• Voice audio when you use the hands-free voice coaching feature
• Optional images you upload (e.g., screenshots of hands)

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
• App usage and diagnostic events (sessions, screens viewed, crashes)
• Push notification token (if you opt in to notifications)
• Subscription and purchase status (handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat)

Microphone Usage: PokerPro AI uses your device microphone solely for hands-free voice conversations with your AI poker coach. Audio is streamed in real time to our voice provider for transcription and response and is not stored after the session ends except as may be necessary for short-term debugging and abuse prevention.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide AI-powered poker analysis, coaching, and conversation
• Maintain your account, sync your data across devices, and restore purchases
• Process and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related notifications you have opted into
• Improve model and product quality, debug issues, and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following processors to operate PokerPro AI. Your data may be transmitted to them solely to deliver app functionality:

• Supabase — authentication and backend storage of account data and hand histories
• OpenAI — large language model and Realtime voice API for coaching and analysis
• xAI (Grok) — alternate large language model provider for coaching content
• Rork AI Toolkit — AI orchestration utilities
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice synthesis for coach audio output
• RevenueCat — subscription management across iOS and Android
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing (Universole does not see your card number)
• Expo / EAS — over-the-air updates and push notification delivery

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (as listed above).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Hand histories and conversation transcripts are retained until you delete them or your account. Voice audio is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the current session and short-term quality and safety review. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
