Retail and ecommerce: a storefront that sells while you are closed

Shops, boutiques, resale stores and makers. We build the online storefront, the pickup and shipping flow, the inventory that stays honest, and the live selling setup, so the customer who found you at 10 PM can buy at 10 PM.

Sound familiar?

  • The Instagram DM is the checkout. Someone asks if it is still available, you check the shelf, they send a payment, you ship. Three days later, the same question from someone else.
  • Inventory lives in two places, the shelf and the spreadsheet, and by Friday they disagree.
  • The marketplace takes its cut and keeps the customer's email. You paid for the sale and cannot reach that buyer again.
  • A holiday drop sells out in an hour, and the site from years ago was never built to take a rush.

Selling live on TikTok Shop

Live selling is its own operation: the shop setup, the product catalog, the fulfillment settings and the live sessions themselves. We run it through a separate brand, Local On Live, so a retail client of ours has one place to go for it. The storefront and inventory we build for you connect to it.

How live selling works

Questions retail and ecommerce owners ask us

Do I need Shopify, or can you build the store on my own site?
Either. If you already sell on Shopify, we connect your site to it. If you want the store on your own domain with your own checkout, we build it on Next.js with Stripe, so the payments land in your account and the customer list is yours.
Can the online store and the physical shop share one inventory?
Yes. One count, reduced on every sale from either side, with low-stock alerts. Stock only drops when a payment succeeds, so an abandoned cart never hides an item from the next customer.
How fast can a small shop go live?
We scope the smallest version that takes real orders and you have a working version in the first week. Products, photos and the first sale come before the extras.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. You pay Stripe's per-transaction fee and your hosting. Ongoing support, if you want it, is a flat monthly plan.
What about live selling on TikTok Shop?
That runs through our sister brand, Local On Live, which sets up TikTok Shop and runs live selling for retailers. The live selling page on this site explains what it covers and where to go.
